ChatGPT Found to Breach Data Protection Rules in Italy

ChatGPT, the popular artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot, is again facing regulatory scrutiny in Italy.

The Italian Data Protection Authority (DPA) has announced that it found evidence of user data privacy violations in its latest investigation, adding to a string of controversies surrounding ChatGPT’s data collection and usage practices.
